The entry fee is €250 per team.

Yes! A school can enter as many teams as desired.

A team must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 team members.

There will be no regional finals during the 2024/2025 season, however teams must submit a "5 Page Plan" which will determine if they progress to the National Finals.

As a team you will register to take part in the Irish National Final to compete again against the best teams in the country for the title of Irish National Champions. This process is repeated around the world in over 40 countries where National Champions from every country are invited to compete at the F1 in Schools World Finals where they will go head to head to become the F1 in Schools World Champions and lift the F1 in Schools World Champions trophy.

Yes. Every part of your car must comply with the official Technical Regulations.

F1 in Schools is open to anyone aged 11 – 19 years old. Teams consisting of members from 1st to 3rd years must participate in the Entry Class. Teams consisting of members from 4th to 6th years will participate in the Professional Class.
